It is also full of nutrition as well with a cup of Buckwheat having 17 grams of fiber, 23 grams of protein, and tons of Magnesium, Iron, and Vitamin B-6.

  •          One Cup Buckwheat Flour (blended buckwheat)

  •          One Cup plant-milk of choice

  •          One Whole Banana

  •         One Teaspoon Baking Powder

  •          1 Tablespoon Sweetener of Choice

  •          Fruit of vegan chocolate chips for taste



  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together first, then add in the mashed banana and plant-milk.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  3. Pour 1/4thcup mixture into frying pan, wait until bubbles start to form, then flip. Wait a few more minutes, then remove.

  4. Take pancakes and add them to plate, and adorn with your choice of syrup, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
